Quality is our focus

Drinking safe water is important for your well-being. The lack of clean drinking water is a severe public health concern in Ghana, contributing to 70% of diseases in the country. Most people live in urban areas where only a certain amount of families have access to basic drinking water services. Ground water sources constitute 33% of the main resources of drinking water supply in Ghana. This is mainly extracted through shallow boreholes and hand dug wells. To ensure a safe water source and minimise contamination risks, at Belair Natural Water we extract high quality ground water from our combined 200m deep water wells.

By managing the entire value chain from the extraction of ground water, purification to production and distribution, we are capable to continuously supply high quality drinking water. This way we are able to keep our sales prices affordable for everyone.

Ground water extraction
Our water well design and construction plan has been developed together with a renowned drilling company with over 30 years of experience within the Volta Region. A detailed inspection of the site’s geology, the water quality and its supply has been closely investigated. The exact location was selected based on multiple site visits and water sampling. Belair has drilled various water wells with a depth of 200m within the limestone aquifer. This underground water source is known for its high quality. These various wells combined will maintain a sustainable flow of raw water in perfect condition for us to work with.
